Elizabeth was really happy to interview 18-year-old Lisa and share her story, having first heard Lisa’s latest release Find My Way on Radio Wigwam Ladies Night 😀
When were you first introduced to music?
As far as I remember it was at a young age maybe when I was 6. Mum used to play most of the 80s music … Michael Jackson, Michael Bolton and Phil Collins were Mum’s favourite artists.
Tell me about your favourite teachers
My math teacher in my 8th grade used to me laugh most of the time.
What are your fondest musical memories?
Composing a song in 10 minutes!
What is your favourite TV theme tune and film soundtrack?
A Star is Born
What was the last music download/CD/vinyl that you bought?
CHARLIE
Imagine you have been given £250/$300 to spend on anything music-related. How will you spend it?
I would first work on a Music video – make it simple but have creativity in it – or even help other artists to record some music too like book them a session.
How do you balance music with your other obligations?
It’s simple, passion can never be taken away. I always try perfecting it but by all means I still find time to make music.
What is Happiness?
Mum was before she left. I guess music is all I got for now.
